Ok so i have worked out that connecting to an smb share works perfectly fine before i install myhack+kexts (first boot after install), does anyone please have any suggestions?Įdit: well after alot of screwing around i just went back to your old guide and used the files from there after installing snow leopard with myhack bootloader. Does anyone have a clue why this would be happening, when i try to connect it just sits there saying connecting and never finishes.

Really nice to hear that the rest is flawless. i prefer it because it's hidden and im not tempted to tinker it a lot haha! That's what im using right now including my backup leopard partition. If you are talking about the hidden EFI partition then NO, install it manually instead with just 3 terminal commands or RC2.pkg :)
